The cups (3006) and the sticks (3007 or 3011) are sold separately, but put a cup and stick together to make a two-piece balloon holder. The plastic cup has holes to tie the balloon on. The stick jams into the cup and everything stands up straight. The large cup and stick can even hold a 6 inch heart inside an 11 inch clear balloon.
