Figure Photo Contest

 The Figure Photo Contest is back but different.  In previouse years we took all entries from every stop on the tour, posted them on the web then they were voted on to determine the overall winners.

 There will still be 2 categories for the Figure Contest. What you can make in "7 minutes or less," and Whatever you can "get through the door."

This time Around there will be a "Best Of City" with one winner for each catagory. Winners will be awarded a  "Certificate of Reconition" for their efforts.  Jim and Don will decide which figures they like best, determining the winners.  All bribes must be received before the beginning of the second workshop. Acceptable bribes are Food, Drink, Cash, Gems, Vacation Homes, Stock and Bonds. Really anything that can quickly be turned into cash and not have to be declared to the IRS.  Please note: No bribe, however large or small will have any effect on the out come of our decision.  We just like free stuff.

And the "Best of Tour" contest will be photos of the "Best Of City" winners only.  They will be posted on the T. Myers Magic web site at the end of the tour then voted on by the general public. There will be three winners for each catagory. Winners will receive Prize Certificates good for mechandise and shipping cost from T. Myers Magic.

1st Place - $300 Prize Certificate, 2nd Place -  $150 Prize Certificate, 3rd Place - $50 Prize Certificate

 The rules are simple and a little loose.

 For the 7 Minute category it's "Whatever You Can Make In 7 Minutes Or Less." You must be timed, sometimes this is by Jim, sometimes by Don and sometimes by a volunteer. No pre-inflated balloons. You can lay them out and have them ready. And Yes, if you do not make the time limit, you can try again.

 For "Whatever You Can Get Through The Door." If you can get it through the door of the Jam venue, it will qualify. It's your job to know how big the door is at the Jam venue. So watch the web and when the Jam venue in your area is confirmed, go to work and find out how big the door is. You can build your "Through The Door" sculpture anytime, anywhere.

 NOTE: Be sure to have a descriptive name for your sculpture, this will be needed for the entry form.
